Refreshments, opening ceremony, testimony, look around refurbished premises, hear about the refreshed worship and ministry of Eastbourne Church.
And celebrate the life of Arthur Wharton (1865 - 1930) - a Darlington Hero! - The World’s first Black Professional Footballer (he played for Darlo 1886-1888), the world’s first 100 Yard record holder (10secs in 1886), a Christian and a Methodist Preacher!

We tape all 10.45 am & 6 pm services. To borrow a tape, enquire at the sound desk or at the church office (282491). Tapes can be delivered to your door. If you would prefer a CD please say so - as technology moves on we need to know which format is best for you. The days of tape cassettes are numbered!
