1.     The Gospel is for everyone ‑ and consequently everyone needs to hear.

 

2.     The Bible is Spirit inspired and consequently authoritative.

 

3.     Christ is divine and consequently is the truth (incarnation).

 

4.     The cross and resurrection are central to the message (atonement).

 

Definition of faith & verses

 

l.      Intrinsic faith : faith so deeply rooted, it shapes everything ‑ (Dan. 1 : 1, 2.)

 

2.     Acoustic faith : faith grounded in the learned art of listening ‑ (Dan. 2 : 27, 28.)

 

3.     Elastic faith : faith that is stretched but not broken by adversity ‑ (Dan. 3 : 16‑18.)

 

4.     Kenotic faith : faith expressed in servanthood and self‑emptying ‑ (Dan 4 : 27 and Phil. 2 : 7.)

 

5.     Poetic faith : faith that opens the heart and imagination to God's beauty ‑ (Dan. 5 : 17.)

 

6.     Eccentric faith: faith centred in a reality beyond the immediate ‑ (Dan 6 : 10.) Overtly spiritual, prophetic, challenging.

 

7.     Panoramic faith : faith that sees its future in the light of God's global plan - (Dan 7 : 13,14.) Wide vision.
