Recording of Services We tape all 10.45 am & 6 pm services. To borrow a tape, enquire at the sound desk or at the church office (282491). Tapes can be delivered to your door. If you would prefer a CD please say so - as technology moves on we need to know which format is best for you. The days of tape cassettes are numbered! We hope to expand the collection of sermons and talks available to download as audio files (see Audio files of sermons and talks)
Learning in House Groups
There are opportunities for guided Bible Study in the many House Groups. All are encouraged to pe part of a House Group. Elm Ridge keeps a wealth of written material and DVDs for use in housegroups. Please contact us for details or have a look in the Quiet Room resource centre.
Biblefresh was launched in Darlington in January 2011 as part of the celebrations across Christian communities to mark the 400th anniversary of the publication of the King James (authorised) Version of the Bible. People are being invited to chose particular parts of the Bible to study with fellow seekers; most will take place across the year and one is a daily reading for the 40 days of Lent. The hope is that people will be inspired across the whole of their life by the Christian truths in our Bibles. Whether new readers or experienced, or whether the Bible is a closed book to you, this is a time to find new life in friendship... Previous teaching - see Documents + Study Notes. Just 10
